At J’s Cakes and Floral Institute, our cookery program offers the beginner the opportunity to become a fully fledged cookery chef. The cookery program also follows the result oriented (JCFI) method which consists of 25% lecture and 75% practical and is a combination of examinations which equips one to be a master chef.

It offers the beginner who has no knowledge in the filed the opportunity to learn the baking of basic cake recipes with emphasis on the American British and Australian style of cake making. The course is segmented into Basic and Advanced phases all put together which is why our valued students term it as master arts course.

The program equips beginners to become master professional decorators with emphasis on all aspects of events décor ranging from programs, wedding, birthday, social and corporate events. The student is introduced to the basic practice aspects of providing decorating solutions for whatever the event might be. This inclusive program is a complete version.
